Who we are

Carpe Noctem is an old and established guild on SilvermoonEU (PVE).
We are a semi-hardcore 25-man raiding guild, raiding 3 times per week for 3,5hours each night.
Our raid nights are:

Wednesday, Sunday, Tuesday from 19:30 until 23:00

Although we only raid 3 nights per week, we have very good progress so far and we intend to keep the raids professional and push our best, so that we don't have to spend endless hours on each encounter pointlessly, and at the same time have fun in raids.

Our Goals

*Our primary goal is to have fun in the game!
*Beat every encounter in the game - our goals are almost always progress-oriented.
*Stay competitive and stay one of the best guilds of the server
*Maintain the friendly atmosphere in the guild.
--There is no QQ, no drama, no scams and no loot arguments
--We don't scream on vent for people's mistakes
--People are welcome to invite their friends in the guild to join our social ranks
--We expect mature and adult behavior from all our guildies
*Don't over-recruit, even if it means we sometimes are a bit short on people, we keep our numbers reasonable
*Do guild achievements (although our main goal is always progress)
*Slowly and secretly eradicate the gnome population

Veterans: Long time and proven raiders
Members: Our main raid team
Friends: Our social friends


Loot distribution

We currently use EPGP system to distribute loot. You can learn more about it on http://www.epgpweb.com/
The system decides the loot distribution according to attendance and value of items
We don't have any extra loot priorities other than what the EPGP offers(except legendaries), which makes it very fair for everyone and keeps things drama-free.
The officer team may intervene if something seems out of order or if the guild needs something specific, but so far this is very very rare phenomenon
